The true delicacy of KPK. Extracted from the Flowers of Jujuba Zizipus locally known as "Beri". It is the SECOND Harvest of the season containing more than 95% of Beri pollen and approximately 5% of other flowers hence the name Sidr/ Beri/Jujuba Honey with no artificial essence added. All Naturally harvested with no syrup feeding.
Wild Sidr and Jujuba are they different?
-The pollen density differs in both, as 1st harvest does contain some pollen of other flowers and 2nd harvest contains pollen of Jujuba as the flowers are fully blossomed by the time 2nd harvest begins
-By the time bees start creating the 2nd harvest, the fruiting body of the Beri flower has also developed which also reflects in the taste and aroma of the honey.
Hence these both are sold seperately.
